Blotter: Former NFL Player Arrested And Other Crime Reports

The following is a selection of calls from Lake Forest to the Orange County Sheriff's Department from May 10 to May 13.

A former NFL wide receiver for the Miami Dolphins and Green Bay Packers was arrested Tuesday after sheriff's deputies responded to a suspicious person report near the intersection of El Toro Road and Santa Margarita Parkway.

Charles Alexander Jordan, 41, was placed into custody at Orange County Jail and released when he posted bail.

The call was made around 10:53 p.m. Tuesday.

Car stop and arrest. 9:25 p.m. Thursday. Regency Lane and Osterman Road. A 39-year-old man was arrested during a car stop and placed in custody at Central Men’s Jail on $120,000 bail.

Suspicious person/circumstances. 8 p.m. Thursday. 23000 block of Lake Center Drive.

Drunk in public. 7:13 p.m. Thursday. 23100 block of Orange Avenue

Vandalism report. 2:51 p.m. Thursday. 26300 block of Towne Centre Drive.

Terrorist threats report. 7:05 a.m. Thursday. 24600 block of Jeronimo Road.

Traffic accident, unknown injuries. 6:04 a.m. Thursday. El Toro and Trabuco roads. Police responding to a traffic accident arrested a 28-year-old woman and placed her in custody at Orange County Jail on $10,000 bail.

Disturbance. 11:34 p.m. Wednesday. Rue De Valore and Lake Forest Drive. Police responding to a disturbance call arrested a 20-year-old man and placed him in custody at Orange County Jail. He was released when he posted bail. 

Traffic accident, non-injury. 8:53 p.m. Wednesday. Los Alisos Boulevard and Madero.  Police responding to a traffic accident arrested a 51-year-old man and placed him in custody at Central Men’s Jail. He was released when he posted bail.

Suspicious person in vehicle. 8:17 p.m. Wednesday. Lake Center Drive and Mercury Road. Police responding to a suspicious person report arrested a 19-year-old woman and placed her in custody at Orange County Jail on $22,500 bail.

Burglary report. 5:22 p.m. Wednesday. 19200 block of Shadow Oak Drive.

Suspicious person/circumstances. 1:31 p.m. Wednesday. 25500 block of Commercentre Drive.

Vandalism report. 11:45 a.m. Wednesday. 25300 block of Serrano Road.

Burglary report. 7:44 a.m. Wednesday. 26600 block of Heather Brook.

Suspicious person in vehicle. 10:36 p.m. Tuesday. Lake Vista Drive and Serrano Road.

Suspicious person/circumstances. 8:49 p.m. Tuesday. 24200 block of Larkwood Lane.

Petty theft report. 6:03 p.m. Tuesday. 26700 block of Rancho Parkway.

Suspicious person/circumstances. 4:02 p.m. Tuesday. Trabuco Road and Peachwood.
