Police arrested a 36-year-old Lake Forest mother of three today, accusing her of having sex with a 13-year-old Maryland boy she met online, City News Service is reporting.

Rachel Ann Hicks is being held without bail after being arrested on suspicion of rape and child molestation, Orange County Sheriff's Department spokesman Jim Amormino told City New Service.

Authorities say Hicks posed as a 23-year-old woman on the XBox Live service in September, when she met the Maryland boy and began chatting. The interaction escalated to phone calls, texts and e-mails, Amormino said. Those e-mails are alleged to have included sexually explicit images and movies sent by Hicks.

While visiting family in Florida around Thanksgiving, authorities say, Hicks drove up Nov. 27 to see the boy. Amormino said she had sex with the boy in his home while his parents were sleeping. "Romantic" text messages were found on the 13-year-old's phone by members of his family, who then confronted him about it, Amormino said.

Hicks had given a fake name and age, but with the help from federal authorities, sheriff's deputies found and arrested her at her home Friday afternoon, Amormino said.

Before being arrested, Hicks admitted in an interview with police to having another young male vicitm in California, a sheriff's department press release said.

Hicks is suspected by police of having molested at least one other boy, Amormino said. Investigators are now looking to identify that suspected second victim.
