Whether you’re seeking health and joy or peace and love, whether it’s success in the world or inner exploration you’re striving for, these simple practices are designed to help you cut through the struggle and walk through life with ease. In this session, you will learn 7 powerful yet simple practices that will:
- activate the energy nodules in your joints
- keep the spine healthy and active
- activate the lumbar region and strengthen the muscles along the spine, regenerating and protecting the spine as one ages
- cleanse the nadis or energy pathways
These practices can help with the prevention and management of chronic ailments such as asthma, diabetes, hypertension, and obesity; improve sleep quality and increase alertness; enhance productivity, concentration, and memory.

FREE FAMILY EARTH DAY CELEBRATION!
You are invited to The District's 1st annual Earth Day Celebration on Saturday, April 20th from noon-2pm. 
Families can enjoy a variety of free, hands-on activities including an interactive touch &amp; learn activity, live DJ, face painting, balloon twisting, and Earth Day-themed kid's crafts (such as a wildflower planting station and mushroom art making craft using all recyclable materials). 
Also meet our friendly costumed turtle and mother earth characters and take photos at our giant Earth Day display. The display will be up April 10-30th for your photo enjoyment.
The Touch &amp; Learn activity is brought you by Doodlebugs, offering an educational live animal program that includes a variety of invertebrates, reptiles, and even a frog! Families can experience the “touch tables” and learn about each species. In addition to the live animals, a variety of biofacts will also be on display (fur, snake shed, snake eggs, etc.).
This free event will be held in The Promenade, near Bowlero and Planet Fitness. Free to attend and participate. 
Disclaimer: All activities are while supplies last and you must be present to participate in the crafts (no takeaways to be sure there is enough for those in attendance). Activity lines will be cut off at 1:45 so be sure to get there early!

Celebrate Earth Day at The District at Tustin Legacy on April 20th!

The 34rd Annual Southern California Spring Garden Show takes place April 25-28 at South Coast Plaza in Costa Mesa. The four-day show on three levels of the west wing of South Coast Plaza centers around a dramatic 25-foot-high floral creation with whimsical depictions of sea life on a coral reef, all made with flowers, seeds, and other natural materials.
Eight stylish and sustainable outdoor living vignettes are waiting to be discovered on level one of the Crate &amp; Barrel/Macy’s Home Store wing. Created by Southern California’s top design experts collaborating with South Coast Plaza home stores, the water-wise designs offer inspiration for gardens and outdoor spaces.
Levels two and three of the show will feature 35 specialty vendors with unique and collectible plants for sale at pop-up booths and boutiques, as well as nonprofits and horticultural organizations offering advice, insights and information.
Just across the Bridge of Gardens in South Coast Plaza's luxurious Jewel Court wing, Fleurs de Villes ARTISTE features elaborately decorated mannequins and spectacular installations&nbsp;created by local floral artists.
