Head's Up, Aug. 22: Fireworks, Comedians, Full Moons

What's coming up and going down for residents in the Lake Forest area. 

• We don't have video of all the highlights/lowlights from the five-hour Tuesday meeting of the Lake Forest City Council, but the Patch cameras were rolling for some of the fireworks. Here is part of one of Peter Herzog's diatribes as he talks about developers and their role in getting their residential developments into an area that has been zoned for commercial purposes. Governmental talking heads can be boring. This one is not.
