Head's Up, Sept. 6: Fatal Accident Snarls Traffic on I-5

What's going down and coming up for residents in Lake Forest and Foothill Ranch. 

• A horrific scene played out in front of motorists on I-5 near El Toro Road, where a man was ejected from a rollover accident and died. Traffic backed up for miles as the freeway was shutdown for a couple of hours.
