Is it okay if we (collectively) agree to stop using the word "GREAT" to describe the development of the former MCAS El Toro property? Reports detail how the mismanagement of the project, the continued siphoning of monetary funds, and the release of a few thousand acres to development have whittled this (once) great park into the size of a regional park with limited use.
