Lanes Close For Emergency Sewer Pipe Repair
Irvine Ranch Water District is conducting emergency repairs on a section of damaged pipeline at Jeronimo Road and Bake Parkway in Lake Forest.
Lanes on eastbound Bake Parkway are northbound Jeronimo Road will close for a week as Irvine Ranch Water District repairs a damaged pipeline.
An emergency fix for the 24-inch sewer mainline pipe at Bake Parkway and Jeronimo Road is scheduled to begin Thursday and finish by May 24.
Once IRWD identifies the portion of damaged pipeline, workers will remove and replace it that night at about 2:30 a.m., when usage is low. It's not clear which day that will be yet.
