Marines Holding Free Car Wash at Fuddruckers Till 4 p.m.
Kilo Company out of Camp Pendleton is soliciting donations for its fall ball.
If you see guys holding signs advertising a car wash at the intersection of El Toro Road and Raymond Way, know that they're Marines based at Camp Pendleton, offering to clean autos for free but also looking to raise some money through donations.
Capt. Mike Cotter said he and the men of Kilo Company hold occasional car washes throughout the year in the Fuddruckers parking lot. Proceeds go to keep down the ticket costs for an annual Marines ball.
They'll be out there till about 4 p.m., Cotter said.
