Where to Get Rid of Leftover Paint

Sherwin-Williams in Lake Forest and Dunn-Edwards in Irvine now take the public's unused paint. There's a 5-gallon limit per drop-off.

Lake Forest residents now have more options to safely dispose of leftover paint.

As part of PaintCare, a program set up in California in October, paint sellers Dunn-Edwards on Lake Forest Drive in Irvine and Sherwin-Williams on Muirlands Boulevard in Lake Forest will accept unused paint.

Both locations have a 5-gallon limit per drop-off. The sites are among hundreds statewide.
