Patch Can Help You Save Money on Groceries

New feature that launched today helps you find grocery specials in stores nearby.

Patch has launched a new section in our sites designed to help you save money. Similar to the printed weekly circulars found in stores and in newspapers, the new section allows readers to search for hundreds of grocery specials by local store and product category.

Among the benefits:

  • Find specials at local grocers in one place;
  • Create and add specials and coupons to a list;
  • Print coupons;
  • Print a list of specials to take to the store;
  • Email a list of specials to yourself or another person.

To get started, go to the home page and click on the “Start Saving” button on the  “Grocery Specials” advertisement on the right side of the page. Or use the top blue navigation bar, move your cursor to the "More stuff" link and scroll down to and click on the "Grocery Specials" link.

It's that easy. Grocery savings are now at your fingerstips. It's one more way that Lake Forest Patch is working to make life ridiculously easy for readers.

Will this become available on the mobile app? FYI I tried to E-mail and it was returned with an error

It's too bad you can't select several specific stores - it's all or one. In addition, I'd like to be able to search several specific categories, but again it's all or one. Will this feature be added?

Hi Michelle and Lorie,
Please submit your inquiries and suggestions to support@patch.com so we may properly address them. Unfortunately, it is not available via mobile at this time. We just recently released this feature and are continuously working to improve the site. We hope you write in. Thanks!

I believe it is time we had representation that understands what it means to serve. Because, afterRead More all, isn't a House Member's job to serve the people of his/her district? And who understands service better than a former Marine Corps Colonel? I briefly met Colonel Raths yesterday and it is my belief that he is doing this for all the right reasons and will provide what has been missing in Congress for far too long---INTEGRITY, HONESTY, PATRIOTISM, SELFLESSNESS & SERVICE. And if I heard correctly, yesterday, he has already hired the best possible company, a company with an extremely innovative and intelligent leader, to run his campaign. This company will serve him well and when the facts come about about Greg Raths, the people of the 45th District will have the easiest choice at the polls in quite some time. This is the man who will do the right thing for his district 10 times out of 10. Go Greg! When you find out the amazingly wonderful things he has done for his country, there really is no choice.
