Saddleback Holding 'Daniel Plan' Rally With Dr. Oz Saturday

The three doctors who put together the fitness plan for Saddleback College will speak Saturday at the Lake Forest campus.

A rally featuring the three doctors who put together the Daniel Plan, the Saddleback Church's fitness program, is Saturday at the megachurch's Lake Forest campus.

Heart surgeon Dr. Mehmet Oz, brain-health expert Dr. Daniel Amen and functional medicine specialist Dr. Mark Hyman will join Pastor Rick Warren and former "The Biggest Loser" contestant Austin Andrews for an educational morning rally. First-time Saddleback guests will get preferred seating.

Daniel Plan participants have dropped 250,000 pounds since January. More than 50 of those pounds have been lost by Warren, who promised in January that he would lose 90 pounds by the end of this year.
