Food trucks swing through town each Tuesday thanks to a partnership with local bowling alley .
Here's the lineup for this week's Tuesday evening visit to the Lake Forest bowling spot at 22771 Centre Drive from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m:

- The Flip Truck: gourmet sliders
- Chef Joe Youkhan's Tasting Spoon: rustic Italian
- Home Skillet Truck: modern American
- Oh For Sweets Sake: cupcakes, other baked goods
A variable number of trucks visit Lake Forest on Tuesdays each week at the same time. The bowling alley holds game specials directly after the food trucks wrap up dinner.
