A week of discounts and deals on products and services from more than 220 local businesses wraps up Sunday with a three-hour celebration in the Orchard shopping center.
, with the Taste of Lake Forest, is the city's annual business promotion program.
Businesses participating range from auto shops and banks to a variety of restaurants and even dental services.
A celebration marking the end of the promotions event is Sunday from noon to 3 p.m. at the Orchard shopping center at El Toro Road and Rockfield Boulevard.
The event will include a live broadcast from Playlist 92.7 FM, appearance by former American Idol contestant Didi Benami, family activities and raffles, with prizes including a 40-inch Panasonic LED TV, a $250 Southwest Airlines gift card, $100 Fresh & Easy gift cards, Oakley eyewear, restaurant gift cards and gym memberships.
Shop and Dine participants with stamped booklets should bring them to the event to earn raffle tickets. Each stamp gets an additional raffle ticket.
