Complimentary breakfast or lunch is part of the day's activities, as are a 12:30 p.m. ribbon-cutting and chances to win raffle prizes.
Attendees will get to tour the ' upgrades, including the installation of HD TVs, remodeled kitchens, bathrooms in every suite and new fitness equipment.
