After the county health department failed to find hot water at Chile Fresco, the Mexican food restaurant was closed earlier this month.
An inspector visited Chile Fresco Nov. 14 and spotted two minor violations. They included a towel lining the bottom of a cutting board, which is not approved.
But upon testing the water temperature, inspectors immediately closed the restaurant.
Chile Fresco opened again later that day.
"An electrical failure had occurred at the GFI plug outlet," according to the health report. "The GFI was reset and hot water reached 125 F."
