Loan Firm to Move from Irvine to Foothill Ranch Complex by Movie Theater

Loan Depot will haul its headquarters to town this summer.

The glittering office buildings adjacent to the Food Festival food court and the Regal Cinemas in Foothill Ranch will no longer be vacant once Loan Depot completes a scheduled move from Irvine to Lake Forest.

The company will bring its 400 employees and hire a few more when it moves its offices to 26642 and 26672 Towne Centre Drive in Foothill Ranch, according to a statement from the city of Lake Forest.

The move is expected to happen this summer.
