A fog advisory is in effect until 9 a.m. Monday.

The National Weather Service has issued a dense fog advisory in effect until 9 a.m. Monday.

Heavy fog will affect all coastal areas, reducing visibilities to less than one-quarter mile, impacting the Monday commute. The fog may cause flight delays at local airports.

Visibilities should improve by late Monday morning, forecasters said.
