It was lights out Thursday night at the shopping center at Lake Forest Drive and Trabuco Road as Southern California Edison crews repaired equipment.
The shopping center, anchored by a Ralphs grocery store, darkened at approximately 11 p.m.
The company said the planned repairs affected about 422 customers.
Power switched back on just before 5 a.m. Friday, according to SCE.
In addition to darkening the stores' lights, the repairs also affected the traffic light at Lake Forest and Chinook drives, which blinked red.
