Health and Wellness Retreat - Margot Ferron

Recharge your spirit.  Rejuvenate your mind and body while surrounded by the stunning, tranquil trails of Oso Park and the Norman Murray Community Center, 24932 Veterans Way, Mission Viejo, CA 92691 on Sat., Oct. 12, 2013 from 8 am to 3:30 pm.

Your busy lifestyle may not let you get away for a week or two, so the City of Mission Viejo Recreation and Community Services along with  UCI Susan Samueli Center have created this retreat for active adults 55 years and older that includes a catered breakfast, lunch and spa gift  for just $35.

From the moment you walk through the door the positive energy and healing will begin.  Guest speaker, Lisa Gibson, Registered Dietician, will speak on the benefits of a Mediterranean diet.  Let your worries, pains and stresses fade into oblivion.
