I spent the morning walking the path along Serrano Creek. Noticed many piles of dog waste along the path despite the availability of pick up bags along the way. Near the end of my walk I saw a 20-something guy and watched him walk away after his dog did his thing. So I asked him if he needed a bag. What I got back was "my dog was just sniffing" "keep out of everyone's business", etc. So I took the higher road and said have a nice day. At the very best I put him on notice. At the very least, I know that he is another moron who thinks he is better than everyone else. And I'm sure that other people who actually know him think the same.
