Please be Cautious of Pedestrians

Yet again, I was almost hit by a car yesterday when running.  The young female driver saw me before she approached the stop sign, watched me step into the street, then rolled on through without another thought. If i wouldn't have stopped dead in my tracks, she would've hit me. It continues to amaze me how drivers actually see you and just assume that you will stop for them. This is the reason why I do not ride my bike anymore- because of all the fatalities due to careless drivers. I don't know what else to say besides please try to care about your fellow human beings and follow all traffic rules!
