Caller Says Man Threatened to Break His Legs

The following is a selection of calls from Lake Forest to the Orange County Sheriff's Department from May 3 to May 6.

A caller who got into an argument with another man who was walking his dog said the man sent over a friend who threatened to break the caller's legs.

The call was made around 7:33 p.m., Tuesday near the 23300 block of Dune Mear Road.

Burglary in progress. 8:25 a.m. Friday. 21000 block of Kensington Lane.

Disturbance--family dispute. 1:18 a.m. Friday. 28400 block of Klondike Drive. Police responding to a disturbance call arrested a 33-year-old man and placed him in custody at Central Men’s Jail on $10,000 bail.

Disturbance. 9:03 p.m. Thursday. 22900 block of Moonstone Lane.

Traffic stop. 6:58 p.m. Thursday. Rockfield Boulevard and Boeing Lane. A 26-year-old woman was arrested during a traffic stop and placed in custody at Orange County Jail on $7,500 bail.

Suspicious person/circumstances. 3:28 p.m. Thursday. Raymond Way and El Toro Road.

Disturbance. 1:35 p.m. Thursday. 26300 block of Vintage Woods Road. Police responding to a disturbance call arrested a 48-year-old man and placed him in custody at Central Men’s Jail on $20,000 bail.

Traffic stop. 10:55 a.m. Thursday. El Toro Circle and El Toro Way. A 38-year-old man was arrested during a traffic stop and placed in custody at Central Men’s Jail. He was released when he posted bail.

Suspicious person/circumstances. 9:16 a.m. Thursday. 25800 block of Trabuco Road.

Traffic stop. 9:48 p.m. Wednesday. Muirlands Boulevard and Los Alisos Boulevard. A 19-year-old man was arrested during a traffic stop and placed in custody at Central Men’s Jail on $25,000 bail.

Burglar alarm. 8:55 p.m. Wednesday. 25000 block of Front Street.

Prowler. 6:34 p.m. Wednesday. 24200 block of Ankerton Drive. Police responding to a prowler report arrested a 31-year-old man and placed him in custody at Orange County Jail on $20,000 bail.

Warrant arrest. 12:03 p.m. Wednesday. 20400 block of Crescent Bay Drive. A 20-year-old man was arrested for an outstanding warrant and placed in custody at Central Men’s Jail on $100,000 bail.

Suspicious person/circumstances. 11:33 a.m. Wednesday. 24600 block of Raymond Way. A caller reported a man from next door who was taking photographs of children.

Disturbance. 10:41 a.m. Wednesday. Bake Parkway and Cooks Bay Drive. Police responding to a disturbance call arrested a 42-year-old man and placed him in custody at Central Men’s Jail on $50,000 bail.

Traffic accident-non injury. 12:03 a.m. Wednesday. 0 block of Parterre Avenue.  Police responding to a traffic accident arrested a 40-year-old man forklift driver after he hit a parked car. They placed him in custody at Central Men’s Jail and he was released after he posted bail.

Suspicious person/circumstances. 8:30 p.m. Tuesday. Palmwood and Peachwood. A caller said two people were going through a neighbor’s car with a flashlight.

Suspicious person in vehicle. 6:07 p.m. Tuesday. Revere Road and Awlsbury Court. A resident asked sheriff deputies to check for people who were in the park, possibly doing drugs.
