Man Spotted Trying to Open Car Doors on Fallbrook

At 9:39 p.m. Monday, a caller reported suspicious activity in a vehicle near the Lake Vista Drive and Serrano Road intersection. The informant suspected three people in a charcoal-colored Honda of smoking illegal drugs. There was no report of an arrest.
At 9:03 p.m. Monday, a caller reported petty theft in the 26900 block of Town Center Drive. According to the informant, an 18-year-old girl had been detained for stealing from Walmart. Employees anticipated the girl would attempt to run away.
At 6:19 p.m. Sunday, deputies reported that a person was resisting arrest near the Muirlands Boulevard and El Toro Road intersection.

At 5:05 p.m. Sunday, deputies arrested a 20-year-old man in the 21100 block of Canada Road. The report stated that the man was involved in a fight and had a warrant out for his arrest. The man was taken into custody and has since been released.
At 11:09 a.m. Sunday, a disturbance occurred in the 26300 block of Paloma. According to the report, a woman approached deputies and complained that her husband had “cut her off” without enough money to survive or a vehicle to drive.

At 12:25 a.m. Sunday, a caller reported a suspicious person in the 26000 block of Fallbrook. The report stated that a man was seen checking for unlocked car doors. The informant suspected the man of causing damage to a Ford Ranger and a Toyota Camry.
At 11:09 p.m. Saturday, a caller reported suspicious activity near the El Toro Road and Northcrest Drive. The report stated that several men were smoking illegal drugs at a liqueur store. The men were reportedly sitting on rocks near a blacked-out vehicle.
At 10:32 p.m. Saturday, a caller reported a disturbance in the first block of Bixby. The informant reported there was a loud party with underage drinking in progress.
At 9:34 p.m. Saturday, a caller reported a suspicious person near the Trabuco Road and Lake Forest Drive intersection. The report stated that a drunk transient was harassing people at the Ralphs grocery store for money. The man was roughly 30 years old, according to the informant.
