Flaming Poop-Covered Rags Left at Residence, Caller Says

At 12:15 p.m. Sunday, deputies were called to conduct a welfare check in the 24600 block of Pas Vendaval. The informant reportedly heard a man at Ralphs grocery store threatening to take his children outside the store and "bash their heads in with his boots” if they did not behave. According to the report, someone confronted the man, who then left the area in a gray Buick Enclave. 

At 9:27 a.m. Sunday, a caller reported a peddler in the 21600 block of Lake Forest Drive. The informant said a man and woman were begging for money in front of a church.

At 9:18 a.m. Sunday, a caller reported a traffic hazard near the Jeronimo Road and El Toro Road intersection. According to the informant, a large pine tree had fallen, possibly clipping some electrical wires.

At 3:30 a.m. Sunday, a caller reported a disturbance in the 21600 block of Canada Road. The informant said a loud party was taking place in the Spring Lake Apartments.

At 11:10 p.m. Saturday, a caller reported a disturbance near the Saddleback Ranch Road and Ranchwood Way intersection. The informant said juveniles were doing drugs and drinking alcohol on top of a water tower near Saddleback Ranch Road.

At 10:53 p.m. Saturday, a caller reported a disturbance in the first block of Viaggio Lane. The informant reportedly spotted a group of boys and girls toilet papering a neighbor's home.

At 10:19 p.m. Saturday, a caller reported suspicious activity in the 22600 block of Claude Circle. The informant said someone has been leaving burning rags with poop on them near her home. The caller's husband reportedly put out the fire but left the rag for deputies to see.

At 9:55 p.m. Saturday, a caller reported a disturbance in the 23400 block of Blue Bird Drive. The report stated that a man and a woman had gotten into a heated argument. The man went outside and began breaking glass bottles, the caller said.

At 4:22 p.m. Saturday, a caller reported a reckless driver near the El Toro Road and Rockfield Boulevard intersection. The report stated that a group of minors were driving around the 99 Cents Only store parking lot in a white sedan honking at pedestrians.
