Drunk Students Try to Sneak Into El Toro High Grad Night

A selection of reports from the Orange County sheriff's police blotter in Lake Forest.

At 10:13 a.m. Friday, a caller reported a drunken driver near the Lake Forest Drive and Portola Parkway intersection. According to the report, a grey Land Cruiser was seen swerving before turning into Towne Centre.

At 7:47 a.m. Friday, a caller reported an illegally parked vehicle in the 23100 block of Saguaro Street. According to the report, a parked vehicle was blocking a fire hydrant and keeping the informant from leaving their parking spot.

At 6:08 a.m. Friday, a caller reported saw some suspicious activity near the Treeridge Lane Wandering Lane. The informant reportedly saw a group of minors smoking drugs in the woods at the end of a cul-de-sac on Treeridge Lane.

At 2:06 a.m. Friday, a caller reported people being drunk in public in the 25200 block of Toledo Way. The report stated that two allegedly intoxicated  students were caught sneaking into the gym for Grad Night.

At 11:41 p.m. Thursday, a caller reported a disturbance in the 24100 block of Gemwood Drive. According to the report, there appeared to be a party where minors were consuming alcohol and preparing to fight. Deputies detained two subjects and firefighters made a transport to Saddleback Hospital for a possible nitrous oxide and alcohol overdose.

At 8:54 p.m. Thursday, a caller reported a disturbance near the Paloma and Portola Parkway intersection. According to the report, a group of minors were seen drag racing up and down Paloma. There was no report of an arrest.

At 1:14 p.m. Thursday, a caller reported a suspicious person near the Bake Parkway and Portola Parkway intersection. According to the report, someone was reportedly running into traffic. The informant was unsure if it was a male or female.

At 2:32 a.m. Thursday, a caller reported suspicious activity in the 24000 block of Dylan Avenue. According to the report, two people were having sex in a white Jeep near .

At 8:28 p.m. Wednesday, deputies were called to investigate a person down near the El Toro Road and Cornelius Drive intersection. According to the report, a man was lying facedown under a tree in front of the Freedom Village sign. Firefighters transported the man to Saddleback Hospital for further evaluation.
