Alleged Wanna-be Burglar: 'Open Up or I'll Shank You'

At 10 p.m. Tuesday, a caller reported a disturbance near the Lake Forest Drive and Muirlands Boulevard intersection. The informant reported that they ran into an old friend at a local bar who became very upset and threatened to come back with a gun and shoot up the place. The man was in his late 30s and allegedly a convicted felon. He was last seen in the bar's parking and left before deputies could arrive.

At 8:27 p.m. Tuesday, deputies conducted a traffic stop in the 23500 block of El Toro Road. The report stated that deputies checked up on a group of more than 30 bikers who showed up to the .

At 7:08 p.m. Tuesday, deputies assisted a citizen in the 21100 block of Pas Vereda. The report stated that deputies were dispatched to assist a person who was having an issue with a neighbor who has been shooting pellets at his house.

At 5:57 p.m. Tuesday, a caller reported a disturbance in the 23100 block of Saguaro Street. The report stated that a man’s 52-year-old girlfriend attempted to run him over in a grey Dodge Ram. The woman was reportedly on methamphetamine and was threatening to jump off a balcony. Deputies reported transporting the woman to Saddleback Hospital for treatment.

At 3:03 p.m. Tuesday, a caller reported a disturbance near the Lake Forest Drive and 5 freeway intersection. The informant reportedly witnessed a man screaming obscenities and making lewd gestures with his pants down along a freeway overpass.

At 11:47 p..m. Monday, a caller reported a suspicious person in a vehicle in the 23100 block of Los Alisos Boulevard. The informant reported that three cars full of people he thought looked like gang members were circling his house and threatened to burn his truck.

At 8:21 a.m. Monday, deputies arrested a 23-year-old woman in the 25600 block of Rimgate Drive. The report stated the woman was allegedly caught breaking into a home while yelling: “You better open up or I’m going to shank you.” The woman was taken into custody on $95,000 bail.
