Was the man "wondering" or "wandering" around? Did he "seem" drunk, or appear to be drunk?

The drunk guy at Cañada was wondering around, eh? How dare he?

Could be that he was pondering while wandering. In his pondering, he may have been wondering why his presence was "scaring residents."

Just wondering... In relationship terms, is an "estranged wife" equivalent to an "ex-wife?" After all, we know for a fact that throwing your food at someone is way different than "hurling" it at them. Because the latter may involve ingestion of the food.
