Dodger Fan Flashes Knife, and Other Cop Calls

At 10:37 p.m. Monday, police were called to investigate a person down near the El Toro Road and Raymond Way intersection. According to the report, a transient man was lying in the street by Big Shots Billiards. Vehicles were swerving around the man while firefighters responded to the call.

At 6:10 p.m. Monday, a caller reported a disturbance on the 26300 block of Vintage Woods Road. The informant reported hearing a woman scream and then a noise that resembled a rape whistle coming from behind the caller's apartment.

At 2:35 p.m. Monday, a caller reported a suspicious person in a vehicle near the Sawmill Lane and Chestnut Lane intersection. The informant reported seeing a group of roughly five minors who were doing drugs in a champagne-colored Chevy Tahoe.

At 11:07 p.m. Sunday, police arrested a 23-year-old man near the El Toro Road and Raymond Way intersection. The man reportedly slapped his girlfriend while at the post office. He was taken into custody with no posted bail amount.

At 9:30 p.m. Sunday, a caller reported a drunk driver near the El Toro Road and Raymond Way intersection. According to the report, a man was seen stumbling around a parking lot before he got into a burgundy Ford Explorer and drove off. He was last seen heading eastbound on El Toro Road.

At 2:30 p.m. Sunday, a caller reported suspicious activity taking place on the 23600 block of Muirlands Boulevard. The informant reported seeing a group of roughly seven men exchanging narcotics from a sliver truck in a Del Taco parking lot.

At 1:30 p.m. Sunday, a caller reported that a man was drunk in public on the 23400 block of El Toro Road. A man was reportedly so intoxicated that he fell asleep in a chair and fell out. Bystanders wanted the man to leave and he was transported to Saddleback Hospital by firefighters.

At 8:21 p.m. Saturday, a caller reported a disturbance near the Lake Forest Drive and Toledo Way intersection. According to the report, several minors were seen throwing eggs and oranges at passing vehicles.

At 7:35 p.m. Saturday, a caller reported a suspicious person near the Rockfield Boulevard and El Toro Road intersection. A man who the informant suspected was under the influence of narcotics was seen walking around in circles while screaming and punching parked vehicles near Lucille's Road House Barbecue.

At 1:18 a.m. Saturday, a caller reported a weapon being brandished on the 20700 block of Lake Forest Drive. According to the report, a man wearing a Dodgers hat was threatening a bouncer at the Los Cabos Cantina with a pocket knife. The man reportedly took off heading westbound on Lake Forest Drive.
