There's no telling what can happen where there's a domestic issue, and that includes the involvement of man's best friend.
According to the blotter of the Orange County Sheriff's Department, a man used his "pets" to keep out intruders—in this case, his sister-in-law.
An informant called the sheriff on Tuesday to report that his sister was attempting to get into her home. However, the informant said his sister's brother-in-law, who also lived at the residence, was preventing her from doing so.
The caller said the brother-in-law was using two pit bulls that he uses to intimidate them as the means of keeping the woman from entering the domain.
The call was made Tuesday, 9:33 p.m., from the 23200 block of El Gato Way.
This report was culled from the Orange County Sheriff's website. Not all facts in each report are made public; the outcome of the report may differ from the original blotter item. There should be no assumption of guilt based on this limited information.
