Man Whispers Lewd Obscenities to Young Girl, and Other Cop Calls

At 9:58 p.m. Monday, a caller reported a disturbance on the 26300 block of Vintage Woods Road. According to the report, the informant's boyfriend was drunk and being aggressive. After he refused to leave when asked, deputies escorted him out of the residence.

At 6:33 p.m. Monday, a caller reported a suspicious person on the 22900 block of Springwater. The informant reported that a man in his late 20s drove up to the vehicle's window and whispered lewd obscenities to the informant’s juvenile daughter while attempting to get her into his vehicle. The man was last seen in a silver Honda heading south on Springwater.

At 2:59 p.m. Monday, a caller reported suspicious activity on the 25200 block of Toledo way. According to the report, a student at El Toro High School was in possession of a dagger. Another student spotted the student with the knife in class and reported the weapon.

At 1:23 p.m. Monday, a caller reported vandalism in progress near the Trabuco Road and Rimhurst Drive intersection. The informant had detained two minors that he caught throwing rocks at his house.

At 8:24 p.m. Sunday, a caller reported a suspicious person near the El Toro Road and Rockfield Boulevard intersection. According to the report, a man in his late 30s, wearing a Hawaiian shirt, appeared to be under the influence of narcotics. The informant said the man was propositioning people to join him in a room at nearby hotel and making strange remarks about wanting to put homeless people "out of their misery."

At 7:38 p.m. Sunday, a caller reported a disturbance on the 23600 block of Rockfield Boulevard, saying that four to five people were fighting in front of Buffalo Wild Wings. The brawlers were advised not to return or else they would be prosecuted for trespassing.

At 6:31 p.m. Sunday, a caller reported a suspicious vehicle near the Ridge Route Drive and Muirlands Boulevard intersection. According to the report, an apparently unoccupied U-Haul truck appeared to have gotten stuck inside of the tunnel.

At 4:34 p.m. Sunday, a caller reported that someone was drunk in public near the Lake Forest Drive and Rockfield Boulevard intersection. The report stated that a woman at a restaurant was visibly drunk but planned to drive off in a black Ford Focus. According to the report, she had started yelling after someone at the restaurant had tried to take her car keys.

At 12:03 p.m. Sunday, a caller reported vandalism on the first block of Parrell Avenue. The report stated that tires had been slashed on two cars in the area.
