Police Seek Possible Victims of Accused Harasser

Authorities on Monday released a photo of a man arrested Friday on suspicion of annoying/molesting a Lake Forest teen.

Authorities are asking for information from people who may have been victims of inappropriate behavior by a transient accused of harassing a Lake Forest teen.

Steven Neil Paff, 46, was in Lake Forest.

Paff, a registered sex offender on active parole, was tracked down through the GPS monitoring device he is required to wear.
