Preliminary Hearing Set for Tombleson
The Lake Forest man is charged with the murder of two Mission Viejo men.
A preliminary hearing date is set for Justin Alvin Maseo Tombleson, the Lake Forest man accused of killing two Mission Viejo men.
At a pretrial hearing on Friday the preliminary hearing was scheduled for Aug. 12.
Prosecutors allege Tombleson, 28, used a pocket knife to stab Elvis in the heart early June 11, killing the Santa Margarita Catholic High School hockey team's strength and conditioning coach almost instantly, and Hossain in the arm and chest. Saidian died June 16.
