Fake 911 Call, Drug Overdose, Stealing Donated Goods

At 10:43 p.m. Wednesday, a caller reported a disturbance on the 19300 block of Cascade Drive. According to the report, there was a loud party in progress with several people climbing on a roof.

At 9:14 p.m. Wednesday, a 15-year-old male made a false 911 call. The subject told dispatchers he was being abused and needed help when he was actually just in a heated argument with his older brother over a video game

At 9:04 p.m. Wednesday, a caller reported a drunken driver on the 25300 block of 2nd Street. The informant suspected the driver of a white Trailblazer was intoxicated as the vehicle nearly crashed into them and another vehicle.

At 6:01 p.m. Wednesday, police assisted firefighters with a medical aid call on the 25300 block of Second Street. A 22-year-old-man appeared to have overdosed on heroin and his mother reportedly found him unconscious with a needle near his arm. Firefighters transported the man to Saddleback Hospital.

At 4:10 p.m. Wednesday, a caller reported a reckless driver near the Portola Parkway and Bake Parkway intersection. According to the report, a subject was racing a dirt bike and doing wheelies up and down the street.

At 9:17 a.m. Wednesday, a caller reported a petty theft in the 23800 block of Mercury Road. According to the report, two subjects were detained by police for stealing Salvation Army donations.

At 11:45 p.m. Tuesday, police assisted firefighters on the 23000 block of El Toro Road. According to the report, a man wearing a red sweatshirt walked into the fire station as firefighters left for a call. One of the firemen attempted to chase to subject but was unable to locate him. Police were needed to assist.

At 4:06 p.m. Tuesday, police arrested a 59-year-old man on the 23800 block of Bridger Road. The man was reportedly cussing and harassing customers for money at the Chevron gas station. He was taken into custody and has since been released. 

At 11:54 a.m. Tuesday, police arrested a 20-year-old man for stealing from the Walmart on the 26500 block of Town Center Drive. According to the report, the man was being cooperative. 

At 10:06 a.m. Tuesday, police arrested a 23-year-old man on the 23700 block of El Toro Road. According to the report, the man was attempting cash a fake check at a Pay Day Money Center. He was taken into custody and has since been released.
