Resident Reports Fecal Vandalism and Loss of Medication

The following is a selection of calls from Lake Forest to the Orange County Sheriff's Department from March 8 to March 11.

A resident called police regarding two separate incidents: one in which someone wrote profanity on her car using dog feces, and the other about her stepson, who she said took her prescription medicines and shared them with a neighbor.

The call was made around 1:54 p.m., Tuesday at the 21100 block of Wheaton Terrace.

Suspicious person in vehicle. 1:35 a.m. Friday. Lake Center Drive and Boeing Lane.

Robbery alarm—audible. 8:05 p.m. Thursday. 25500 block of Orchard Rim Lane. 

Narcotics violation. 1:34 p.m. Thursday. 25400 block of Mosswood Way. Police responding to a narcotic violation arrested a 23-year-old man who works as a tattoo artist and is now in custody at Central Men’s Jail with no bail set.

Suspicious person/circumstances. 10:55 a.m. Thursday. El Toro Road and Creekside.

Traffic stop. 9:03 a.m. Thursday. Los Alisos Boulevard and Muirlands Boulevard. A 38-year-old woman, who works as an insurance adjuster, was arrested during a traffic stop. She was taken to Orange County Jail and was released upon posting undisclosed bail.

Burglary alarm—audible. 12:23 a.m. Thursday. 24400 block of Rockfield Boulevard.

Assault. 10:50 p.m. Wednesday. 24500 block of Trabuco Road.

Suspicious person/circumstances. 4:18 p.m. Wednesday. Orange Avenue and Jeronimo Road.

Vandalism report. 10:47 a.m. Wednesday. 0 block of Torino.

Burglary alarm—audible. 4:10 a.m. Wednesday. 24300 block of Rockfield Boulevard.

Traffic stop. 12:30 a.m. Wednesday. Jeronimo Road and El Toro Road. A 21-year-old woman who works as a nurse was arrested during as traffic stop and was taken to Orange County Jail, where she was cited and released.

Disturbance. 8:20 p.m. Tuesday. 21100 block of Wheaton Terrace.  Police responding to a disturbance call arrested a 55-year-old man who works in construction and placed him in custody at Central Men’s Jail. He was released when the district attorney refused to prosecute.

Vandalism in progress. 3:12 p.m. Tuesday. 25400 block of Jeronimo Road. A caller said five boys tipped over a portable toilet and rode away on BMX bikes.

Suspicious person/circumstances. 1:24 p.m. Tuesday. 24300 block of Manzanita Drive. A caller said a gray pickup truck pulled up in front of a home and drugs were sold to several 14-year-old girls. The father of one of the girls told the caller that he hadn’t seen his daughter or her friends drink or smoke anything.
