Armed Man Taunts Albatros Customers, and Other Cop Calls

At 8:11 p.m. Sunday, a caller reported a robbery in progress on the 23300 block of Ridge Route Drive. According to the report, four men jumped out of a white SUV and took a man’s wallet from him at an apartment complex. One of the men was reportedly armed with a shotgun.

At 1:50 p.m. Sunday, a caller reported a suspicious person near the El Toro Road and Trabuco Road intersection. The informant reported seeing a tall man in khaki shorts taking pictures of people using the ATM.

At 12:21 p.m. Sunday, police were called to assist a citizen in the 25600 block of Fernbank. The informant wanted to speak with an officer because their neighbors had a loud party the previous night, during which subjects were throwing rocks at their home.

At 11:03 pm. Saturday, a caller reported a drunk driver near the Trabuco Road and El Toro Road intersection. There had been a large party in the area and several vehicles, leaving the party were seen swerving in and out of lanes and hanging out the windows yelling at one other. A black Toyota Corolla was also seen driving on the wrong side of the road and reportedly almost hit the informant.

At 6:55 p.m. Saturday, a caller reported a suspicious person in a vehicle near the 26600 block of Town Center Drive. The informant reported seeing a group of four to five female minors smoking marijuana in a silver Subaru. The minors were near the food court and five male minors were standing near the vehicle, according to the report.

At 5:21 p.m. Saturday, a caller reported a drunk driver near the Ridge Route Drive and Trabuco Road drive. The driver of a Jaguar was reportedly “twitching,” swerving and ran a red light.

At 1:26 p.m. Saturday, a caller reported suspicious activity near the El Toro Road and Bridger Road intersection. The informant suspected two women of prostitution or dealing drugs. According to the report, the pair were loitering on a street corner. According to the report, at one point one of the women pulled a big wad of cash out of her purse.

At 4:43 a.m. Saturday, police arrested a 21-year-old man on the 23500 block of Rockfield Boulevard. According to the report, the man was brandishing a knife at , an all-night Mexican eatery, and taunting a group of Persian customers. He was taken into custody and has since been released on a bond.

At 9:54 p.m. Friday, a caller reported a disturbance near the Peachwood and Trabuco Road intersection. According to the report, subjects were seen throwing eggs at passing vehicles.
