Six people were arrested for drunk driving at Friday night's DUI checkpoint, said Dep. Richard Nelson of the Orange County Sheriff's Department.
The checkpoint on El Toro Road between Muirlands and Cornelius also led to five arrests for unlicensed driving and six towed cars, Nelson said. The number of cars that passed through the checkpoint was 1480, Nelson said.
