Two-Vehicle Crash Sends Car Off South I-5 Freeway

The Sunday afternoon collision blocked some lanes on the freeway.

Traffic slowed on the south 5 freeway Sunday afternoon after a black Honda and a white Scion crashed near the Junipero Serra exit.

An ambulance responded to the two-vehicle crash, which was reported to police at 3:22 p.m., but no additional information was immediately available about the condition of the drivers or any passengers.

California Highway Patrol reported that the San Juan Capistrano-area crash blocked the slow lanes of the freeway.
