Lake Forest resident Sipriana Farrell was named coach operator of the year for her excellent driving record, attention to detail and exceptional customer service, the Orange County Transportation Authority announced today.
Farrell, who works out of Santa Ana, has maintained a safe driving record for 22 years, according to OCTA spokesman Joel Zlotnik.
"Farrell’s dedication to high standards has earned recognition from supervisors and the respect of her peers," Zlotnik said.
