3rd Workshop Set for Portola Center Project

The city's consultant will present his traffic design recommendations Dec. 12.

Portola Hills residents and anyone else who's interested can get information on Portola Center Project during a third traffic workshop the city of Lake Forest is hosting.

The city’s consultant, Joe Foust, will present his recommendations for the design and location of vehicular access points to the project site, as well changes to Saddleback Ranch Road and adjoining intersections, and alterations for Portola Hills Elementary School access and circulation.

The development site—at Glenn Ranch and Saddleback Ranch roads—would include up to 930 homes, a 5-acre sports park, various neighborhood parks, and up to 10,000 square feet of mixed commercial/residential units.
