Bullied Teen to Speak at SF March

A Lake Forest student will be among the featured speakers Sunday at a rally in front of the San Francisco Court House.

A middle school student from Lake Forest who gained national attention after posting a YouTube video about being bullied is among the featured speakers this weekend at a San Francisco rally.

According to the Orange County Register, Jonah Mowry and his mother, Peggysue Mowry, plan to share the teen's story at an anti-bullying march Sunday afternoon. Read the full story here.

The teen's video, during which he reveals that he is gay and that he has been bullied since he was a young child, went viral last year and garnered the attention of a number of celebrities, including pop star Lady Gaga.
