Young performers belted out their lines Tuesday night at the dress rehearsal for The Princess and the Pea, the .
Creative Kids Playhouse, a Lake Forest-based nonprofit, is open to all young Orange County aspiring actors and plans to put on regular shows for the community.
The Princess and the Pea includes song and dance routines, a few slapstick moments and many quips, some of which inspire helpless giggles even from the practiced cast.

About 30 local children in grades 1 through 6 make up the cast. Everyone has speaking lines. (Scroll down for the full cast list.)
Catch the two-act performance at 6:30 p.m. Wednesday and Thursday in Charger Hall at , 25255 Toledo Way. Admission tickets are $9 online; $12 at the door.
