Cuomo Catering Grand Opening

The Cuomo
Catering Company opens new state of the art kitchen facility in Northlake Illinois.

The Cuomo Catering Company, parent company of Cuomo Catering and Essence of Elegance Catering, has opened its new start of the art kitchen facility after a complete
renovation following a fire which completely destroyed the facility on February
27, 2011.

Located at
23 East North Avenue in Northlake Illinois, The Cuomo Catering Company has moved back into its original building which has been redesigned by Restaurant Business Solutions, Naperville Illinois. The new renovation features all new state-of-the-art commercial kitchen equipment, porcelain tile walls, expanded walk-in refrigeration and freezer space, a 42’ custom built Hobart dishwashing
area complete with a pre-soak bath for large pots and pans, and a fully computerized dual deck Rational Combi-Oven. The front reception area features a
separate new tasting room with an LED Flat screen monitor to showcase some of Cuomo Catering & Essence of Elegance events, food presentations and provide
teleconferencing services.

The facility which was destroyed by fire has been upgraded with all new fire suppression and alarm systems. A new fire sprinkler and smoke detection system has been added
to the building.  A separate enclosed new commercial laundry room has also been added.

A “by invitation only” Grand Opening Event is scheduled for Wednesday, May 2, 2012, following a ribbon cutting ceremony by Northlake Mayor Jeffrey T. Sherwin at
3:00 PM.
