The Thinner Winner Contest is a six-week weight loss contest to keep YOU motivated and inspired on your fitness journey. The winning pair is the one that averages the greatest percentage of body weight lost amongst all participants. We award by percentage of body weight lost instead of total weight lost to create an even playing field for men and women of all shapes and sizes.  The winning team will receive $800 cash to split amongst participants.

There are many ways to stay active during the Contest. If you put a lot into it, you’ll get a lot out of it! We provide all of the following:

1.      A personal coach to motivate your team through emails. Coaches are available to answer any questions and offer direction and encouragement to your team.

2.      One private training session with your team and a Driven Fitness Coach. Many timeslots are available. You will work with your coach to organize your days and times.

3.      Unlimited Driven Fitness classes each week on your own. Unlimited individual workouts per week on your own, following a pre-designed fitness program –the workout is quick and effective!

4.      A nutrition seminar to get you started

Special guests (non-LFII members), welcome!  The staff at Driven Fitness is here to make your experience amazing!

A note on the clubs: You will choose your “home club,” either Lake Forest I or Lake Forest II.  You will only be eligible to take classes at your home club.  Team members can choose different home clubs.

Cost: $147 per person

Official start date: January 21, 2012

Important Dates:

Contest runs: Jan 21 – Mar 3

Initial Weigh In & Nutritional Seminar: Jan 21 ~ 8am – 11am

Midway Weigh-in & PT sessions: Feb 11 ~ 8am - noon

Final Weigh In: Mar 3 ~ 8am - 9am

Wrap Party: Mar 9 ~ time TBD

Contest Rules:

*Participants must be OC residents 18 years or older

*To be eligible for grand prize you must attend a minimum of 12 classes during the 6-week contest period

*The initial weigh in and final weigh in are required.  In order to ensure fairness in the weighing process, all participants are required to weigh in on the date and at the time assigned.  Limited exceptions will be made.  If you are unable to make the initial weigh-in you must weigh-in prior to Jan 21 before or after an existing class and will only be permitted to do so if a trainer is available to take your weight.  If you are unable to attend the final weigh-in you must weigh-in before Mar 3 before or after an existing class and will only be permitted to do so if a trainer is available.  Driven Fitness has the right to refuse a reschedule for either the initial or final weigh-in.

*All participants will be weighed without shoes using the scale in the Sun and Sail Club Fitness Center.  Please wear the same clothing for all weigh-ins.
