JWA Expects Influx of Holiday Travelers

Vacationers passing through John Wayne Airport are reminded to keep fireworks at home.

The Fourth of July is still a few days away, but John Wayne Airport is expecting an increase in the volume of holiday travelers as early as Friday.

According to JWA, passengers using the airport from Friday through July 8 should be prepared for busier-than-normal crowds. Visitors to JWA throughout the July 4 holiday should also be aware of ongoing construction around the airport, exercise caution when navigating airport roadways and follow posted speed limits.
