Kimberly Polite, Neighbor

Kimberly lives and works in Lake Forest where she is the owner of Executive Communication Solutions (ECS).  For the past seventeen years, she has trained and developed organizational teams to effective execution.  Simply put, she helps individuals and organizations create positive change through people development.

She has a Masters in Education and is currently matriculating a Doctor of Business Administration in Strategy and Innovation.  Kimberly is a licensed facilitator and coach of Path Elements Profiles as well as PATH 4/6 leadership and emotional intelligence assessments.

She writes a syndicated news column, “A Polite Situation”,  that is devoted to sharing advice regarding people, development, and change in the workplace.
