My experience with investment RE / apartment buildings started with ReMax Investment Group in Newport Beach, Ca. as an Investment Real Estate Agent. I assisted Brokers in converting and selling large apartment complexes (80-300&#43; unit buildings) to duplexes, triplexes, and fourplexes through the Department of Real Estate, which equated to thousands of dollars of profit per unit for the seller.

When it&#39;s time to move, you need someone who has knowledge of all the aspects of marketing and selling your property including marketing, working with prospective buyers, negotiating the purchase contract, arranging financing, overseeing the inspections, handling all necessary paperwork, and supervising the closing.
