Sewer Pipe Repair Shuts Down Lanes

The emergency repair at Bake Parkway and Jeronimo Road should be complete by Monday.

Lanes on eastbound Bake Parkway and northbound Jeronimo Road will close this weekend as workers do emergency repairs on a 24-inch sewer pipe at that intersection.

Work on the damaged pipeline began Thursday and is expected to finish by Monday, according to the Irvine Ranch Water District.

The lane closures are expected to cause traffic delays in the area of Bake and Jeronimo.
