Great Park Family New Year's Eve

The O.C. Great Park's first Family New Year’s Eve party, an alcohol-free event at Balloon Park, will feature music and dancing from each decade from the 1940s to the present. There will also be gourmet-food vendors, arts and crafts and carousel rides.
