Holiday Speed Clinics

We are at it again! The Thanksgiving Speed Clinics was such a big hit that we are doing another one on Monday December 23rd and the following Monday December 30th! The classes will go from 12pm to noon.

This speed clinic will focus specifically on:

  • Running Mechanics
  • First Step Quickness
  • Acceleration
  • Overall Speed
This speed clinic will not be your traditional strength training workout. Rather, it will focus on techniques that enhance the speed and acceleration needed for your sport. It is open to athletes 10-18 years of age and will be held at our Lake Forest facility. The cost is $80 for both sessions.
