Free Conference to Improve Personal, Professional Performance

A successful work/life balance will be the featured topic of keynote speaker Mark Hobbins at the fifth annual Performance Breakthrough Conference, a personal development symposium on Thursday.

Presented by the South County Management Society, the free event features Hobbins, CEO of Family IQ and seen on the Dr. Phil Show and the Oprah Winfrey Network, as well as four workshops.

  • “The 5 Success Habits of High-Performance Teams," Presenter: Chris Alexander, Synergy Executive Education.
  • "Leveraging the LinkedIn Ecosystem; Personal & Professional,” Presenter: Dina Medeiros, Strategic Advisor, Strategy & Brand, LinkedIn OC.
  • "The Art of Persuasion," Presenter: Aaron Shorr, Trial Consultant at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP.
  • "Building and Sharing Your Personal Brand," Presenter: Randall Call, LDS Employment Resource Services.

The event is free and includes dessert. Registration is Thursday, 6 p.m., at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, 30522 Via Con Dios in Rancho Santa Margarita or online through sjones@wrightengineers.com.
